Robotics
The goal of Kendall Elementary competitive robotics team is to cultivate student interest in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) fields and inspire future innovators.
Using the VEX robotics system, participating students design, build, and program robots that compete in challenges that test their problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and collaboration.
Through hands-on experience, team members learn the basics of essential skills such as coding, mechanics, and electrical engineering. Beyond the technical aspects, the team emphasizes teamwork, communication, and leadership, creating a space where everyone contributes to the success of the team.
The team is open to grades three and four.
